Alcohol with business meals

I was asked by colleagues what the proper protocol is when dining with Mormon's as relates to alcohol consumption, is it ok for non Mormons to drink at the dinner? This is a business dinner with numerous business executives present, some of whom would like to consume alcohol and others whom are Mormon and will not. Couldn’t answer the question so that I'd check...

1. Very normal

I think most of us as Mormons in the business world understand this is just part of business and don't have a problem with it. I think the only time I would be uncomfortable is when there is excessive drinking and folks become loud and inebriated. But I don't even think about it when my business colleagues drink beer and/or wine with their meal.

Just ask them before your meal.

2. Nothing Wrong

Mormons can dine with people who consume alcohol with dinner. Of course executives have refrained while dinning with mormon coworkers as a sign of respect for there beliefs.

Either way works.
