does GOD answer the prayers of people from other christian denominations? People all the time from churches all over the world say that GOD has answered their prayers but it's impossible to tell if they are telling the truth

Heavenly Father answers all prayers, from both Jew and Gentile. Believer and non believer, where you pray to Heavenly Father still is the supreme ruler of the universe and he knows each of use personally as one of his spirit children.  
 
He loves each of use an answers all of our prayer in time and according to his will.
