When the first resurrection took place, were all the people who had died before that time resurrected with christ? And have they already been placed into their kingdoms?

1. The Morning of the First Resurrection.
All righteous people (regardless of there faith) who have died will be resurrected when Christ returns to the Earth. All the righteous dead and all the righteous living will ascend into the sky and descend with Christ as he comes to destroy the wicked and claim his rightful throne for his Millennial Reign.

2. Firstfrutis of the Resurrection
I apologize upon close inspection I now understand that you are referring to the first fruits of the resurrection, those righteous sould that ressurected with the Lord that lived before him. Men like Abraham and Adam were among those ranks from what the scriptures tell us.

As far as I understand those that rose with Christ as the first fruits of the resurrection were not every soul that lived prior to the resurrection of Christ and none would inherit there Kingdom till the day of Judgement as far as I understand, they still have work to do in the spirit world like we all do to help bring those who died without a knowledge of Christ to the Restored Gospel in the spirit world.

Anything though said on this matter is mostly opinion if not all opinion since the scriptures do not say one way of the other. So the argument can be made either way and no one can be certain.
