What does it mean to mormons to keep the sabbath day holy?

For example, can we as a family play tennis on Sunday?

1. Keeping the sabbath day holy
Instead of playing tennis on Sunday. Why not plan to play tennis on Monday for FHE.

2. Sabbath
Keeping the Sabbath day holy means that we do focus our efforts for the day on God and Jesus Christ instead of the world.

The Sabbath is a day we devote entirely to God and Jesus Christ. On the sabbath we refrain from worldly things and focus on serving our fellow man and praising our God through our thoughts and actions.

Each family decides what is and is not appropriate to do on the Sabbath Day and there is no laws or rules governing the Sabbath.

We are counciled that playing sports, shopping, or being idol is not in the spirit of the Sabbath but these are guidelines and not rules.
