How can i read these scriptures to understand them and receive personal revelation?

1. Reading the scripture
The only way to read the scriptures in a manner that will provide any spiritual benefit is to read them prayerfully.  
 
You must ponder there message, study the scriptures with a intent to find truth and follow it's precepts, and pray to Heavenly Father for confirmation of the truths that are contained within.
