Drinking too much caffeine is not good. It can make a person sick. I use to drink alot of caffeine, and then I started having episodes where my heart was beating fast. One girl I met told me after she stopped drinking coca cola she would have headaches. My grandmother and cousin get headaches frequently if they don't have their coffee.
