We most definitely do believe that Jews go to Heaven just like all can thought Christ.  
 
The Jews are God's covenant people, through them salvation was brought to the world through the savior Jesus Christ (a Jewish carpenter from Galilee). 
 
So that is one Jew who is already in heaven at the right hand of God. Also the Twelve Apostles and the majority of the early Christian Church was Jewish.  
 
Christ was sent to restore the truth to Judaism and return them to God from wickedness. Christ only allowed the Gospel to be taught to the Gentile after he ascended to heaven. 
 
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is that same Church of Jesus Christ restored to the Earth by the Prophet Joseph Smith.  
 
We believe that we are members of the Abrahamic Covenant by baptism and entering the Church, some joking say we are adopted Jews. 
 
We even find out which Tribe of Israel we have lineage in a special blessing called a Patriarchal Blessing.  
 
In fact the LDS Church has leadership positions that can only be held by blood descendants of Aaron (or in absence of a literal descendant a High Priest is ordained to officiate in place). 
 
The LDS is one of the most pro-Jewish Christian Churches out there.  
 
We have nothing by love and honor for the seed of Abraham and consider the Jewish people our adopted family!
