You are not the first to leave the Church and latter decide you want to rejoin. From the beginning of the Church people left and were excommunicated for various reasons.  
 
All who sincerely repent will be accepted back into the fold! Even men that betrayed Joseph Smith into the hand of his enemies in Missouri were re-accepted into the Church when they repented and sought to return! 
 
Jesus Christ loves you and will forgive all who repent. He also commands us to forgive everyone.  
 
Since you resigned your membership your baptism and confirmation is not longer in effect. You would have to go through the lessons again, receive approval to rejoin the Church (which is just them interviewing you again) and be baptized and confirmed again.  
 
The first step is to attend services again! I invite you to go to sacrament this Sunday and start the process of rejoining if this the desire of your heart.  
 
The biggest concern would be your husband. If he doesn't like your desire to rejoin the Church it could put stress on your marriage. This is something you must consider as you pray about this decision.  
 
God has a plan and if you heart tells you to rejoin and you desire it very deeply God will provide a way! It may not be easy but in the end everything will accomplish his will every time!
