1. Word of Wisdom
We believe that meat is part of a healthy diet when used sparingly. We also believe that grains, vegetables, and fruits are to be eaten in moderation always to maintain our health.

Things to be avoided are Tobacco, Alcohol, Coffee, and Tea. We are also strongly cautioned to use sparingly if not completely abstain from any other addictive foods or substances.

We also believe that whomever kills animals for pleasure and allows that sacrifice to provide food and clothing be wasted is guilty of sin.

You can find out more about our faith at LDS.org and Mormon.org
