Comment in question The Atonement We absolutely believe in the atonement. Jesus Christ died for all our sins. Jesus was the only perfect person to live on the earth. All of us have and will commit sins. We need the atonement to wash ourselves from our sins. Because of the Savior's atonement all mankind will be resurrected.
